Ga Xao Xa Ot is chicken stir-fried with chopped lemongrass, garlic, red chillies, onions and fish sauce. You also have an option to add curry or turmeric powder for yellow color. Ga xao xa ot is very delicious aroma salty dish, and goes well with steamed rice. 25 years ago, when we opened the Vietnamese restaurant in Seattle, this dish was a big hit, every guest loved it. At our restaurant, Ga Xao Xa Ot was a warm spicy salad dish, topped with roasted peanuts, served with steamed rice or noodles.
