Bun Ca is 3-way fish noodle soup, originated from the central region of Vietnam. Tuyet created the new recipe to make the broth more flavorful and aroma.
3-way cooked fish: fish balls and fish filet cooked in fish broth, deep fried fish nuggets with thyme.
This fish noodle soup goes well with lime juice and vegetable plate (banana flower, red cabbage, saw leaf herbs ). See below picture.
